SSC - The Staff Selection Commission re-examination for the Combined Graduate Level [Tier-I] exam 2013 is to be held in the morning and afternoon sessions dated on April-27-2014.
Candidates appeared for Tier-I or Tier-II CGL 2013 exam at any of these seven centres - Jaipur, Shimla, Allahabad, Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, and Dehradun - can attempt the re-examination, those who has taken the exam from any other centre from above need not appear for the re-examination.
The CGL Tier-I examination 2013 was held on the date April-21-2013 and May-19-2013 at centres all over the country. A press report said that, more than 12 lakh candidates had given the examination. The eligible candidates for CGL Tier-II examination 2013 was conducted on the dates of 28-29, 2013 September.
About SSC CGLE 2014:
The CGL exam is for recruitment to different government service posts which is to be held by the Staff Service Commission. Graduate degree from a recognised university is mandatory and eligibility criterion.
The recruitment is held in three rounds, first the Tier I written exam and for the qualifying applicants, it is followed by Tier II written exam. Lastly candidates clearing both the levels would appear for the Computer Proficiency Test/Interview/Skill Test as applicable for the post.
SSC 2014 is to held the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2014 for recruitment to the following services: Intelligence Bureau, Central Secretariat Service, Ministry of Railways, Central Bureau of Investigation, Ministry of External Affairs, Central Vigilance Commission and Central Bureau of Narcotics.
