CBSE - Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi would conduct CTET - Central Teacher Eligibility Test
to examine the candidate's eligibility as a teacher through CTET. Exam would be held on the date 21 September, 2014.
CTET is applicable to schools of NCT of Delhi, [KVS, NVS, Tibetan Schools, etc) Central Government and schools under the administrative control of Union Territories. CTET may also applicable to unaided private schools and also state government schools, if they exercise the option of considering the CTET.
Eligibility :
For Classes I-V minimum qualifications for becoming Teacher :
Candidates are required to pass Senior Secondary at least with a score of 50 per cent marks and passed, also candidates of final year that is 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education are eligible for the test.
For Classes VI-VIII minimum qualifications for becoming Teacher :
Candidates are required to posses graduation at least with a score of 50 per cent marks and passed, also candidates of 1-year B.Ed - Bachelor in Education.
How to Apply :
Visit the official website ctet.nic.in.
Fill the application form with all your details and upload photo and signature then submit application form.
Take a print out and pay the fee using debit/credit card or pay the challan at Syndicate Bank.
After paying the fee, update fee details on CTET official website and take a print out of the confirmation page for future assistance.
