Assam SM/ASM TET 2014 www.tetassam.com : The Department of Elementary Education, Government of Assam has given a notification for TET
Teacher Eligibility Test SM - Siksha Mitras and ASM - Additional Siksha Mitras 2014, applications are available online from the date 1 September to 10 September, 2014.
Assam SM/ASM TET 2014 is to qualify them to teach Lower Primary classes i.e. Class I-V with in the state of Assam. Only candidates of SM/ASM in any of the 5,015 EGS centres are eligible for SM/ASM TET 2014, SM/ASM TET 2014 exam is scheduled to be conducted on the date 19 October, 2014.
Eligibility :
The candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam and candidate should have possesd 12 [Intermediate] or equivalent with 50 % marks agregate min and should have a 2 year Diploma in Education or 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or a 4 year Bachelor degree in Elementary Education.
How to apply :
Candidates who are eligible and interested are required to pay challan at any branch of State Bank of India, application fee is Rs 500/-.

Online application e-challan starts from the date 1 September to 10 September, 2014
Examination fee is to be submited by the date 18 September to 20 September, 2014
Admit Card can be downloaded from the date 27 September 2014
SM/ASM TET 2014 examination date is 19 October, 2014
