Osmania University M.Pharmacy 1st Year 2nd sem (Main & Back) & 1st Sem Supply Sep 2014 Exam Notification : Osmania University has given a notification for
M.Pharmacy [All specializations] I Yr II Semester [Main & Backlog] and I Semester [Supplementary] exams to be conducted from the date 19 September, 2014 and time table for the respective examinations to be announced in due course.
How to Apply :
Candidates applying for the examination has to pay the exam fee with in the branches of SBH “Registrar, Examination Fee Fund A/c No.52198262033” and can obtain a receipt from the bank and submit the same to the examinations Branch along with examination forms on or before 05-09-2014. Application Forms submitted after 05-09-2014 will have to pay a penal fee of Rs. 1000/- per day.
NOTE :
The students are advised to enclose Xerox copies of their qualifying examination certificate copies duly attested by the College Principal concerned.
The Principal is requested to send the subject-wise data without which the examination forms will not be accepted.
The Principal is requested to verify the eligibility of the students thoroughly and forward the same to this office for the issue of Hall Ticket. If failed to verify the eligibility of the candidates, the principal is held responsible for the issue of hall ticket by this office to the non-eligible candidates.
The Principal may kindly forward all the examination application forms online through college login.
